ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 17, 2005

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Richard Gorden, Ellen Abelson and Mark

                  Mazur

1.  The Board reviewed and approved the minutes to their 2/3/05 meeting

2.  The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2005 applications for exemption

     for the owners of the following parcels:

                        Parcel #070038000                  Clause 41A                  Denied

                        Parcel #102121000                  Clause 41C                  Granted

                        Parcel #011001000                  Clause 41C                  Granted

3.  The Board was told that a legal notice for a Request for Proposals for our data re-

     inspection project ran in the Patriot Ledger on 2/16/05.  Responses will be due on

     3/14/05.  The Board designated the Administrative Assessor to evaluate the non-

     price portions of the proposals.

4.  The Board decided to hire G & K Associates as consultants for one or two days to

     update our personal property assessments as part of our fiscal year 2006 interim year

     update.

5.  The Board reviewed the states latest EQV study for Sharon.

6.  The Board reviewed some material on the performance evaluation and fiscal year

     2006 salary of the Administrative Assessor.

7.  The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2005 applications for abatement

     on the following real estate parcels:
